My Angels of Light and Darkness
Protect me throughout the day,
These two are the greatest
Or at least so I say
My Angel of Darkness
Protects me as I sleep
Protects me from the darker dreams
While I’m sleeping deep
He holds me in his arms
His chin resting on my sleeping head
His arms keep me safe and warm
Even though I may seem dead
My Angel of Darkness
Is a good friend I say
But also is my Angel of Light
That protects me through the day
My Angel of Light
Protects me in the day
Sitting on a white cloud
As I talk and play
He holds me in his arms
Even though I cannot see
I feel the warmth from my Angel
That is watching over me
My angels of Light and Darkness
I love thee with my soul
You are heavenly beings
That make my being whole
My angels are the best
I love them throughout the day
And all through each night
They are wonderful, least, so I say

1. Hikari means Light
2. Yami means Darkness I have no idea where this would go, I don't do poems, so don't sue me if this is in the wrong area. I have NO idea where this goes, as it's just and idea I had last night. Anyway, as I went to bed last night, I thought of two male angels I have. Yes, their anime, and if you guess Yugi and Yami Yugi, ding ding ding!! We have a winner!! Anyway, I have a pillow with Yami Yugi on it, and I think Yugi is cute. Since their both angels in their own rights, I wrote this. I think it's actually pretty good, and it could pertain to anyone else, I said he, but it doesn't have to be he. And no, this has no religious meaning, I just thought that it could be God and Satan instead. NO, this has no spiritual or religious meaning behind it, its talking about two anime characters I think are sexy and cute. But, I hope you like, and I'm going to leave the Critique Welcome thing on, but be nice with it. Poetry doesn't come easy to me, and when it does I'm pretty proud of it.
